QUALITY STATEMENT

Providing customers with an easy and quick way to source privately owned hotels in all the major areas throughout the UK. To liaise with customers in both a friendly and a professional manner, so customers receive accurate and unbiased information about any of our hotels. To promote and advertise competitive rates and consistently good value products all year round with no risk or worries for our guests

This is to be achieved by:

  • negotiating special rates with the hotels
  • regular inspection and visits to the hotels
  • providing a central reservations centre with no call attendants, so that you get through to the right people right away who can easily & quickly help you with your enquiry or booking.
  • providing a flexible and easy to use secure online internet booking service
  • Offering customers a no risk assurance by not asking for advance deposits, except for some large groups, and no amendment fees.
  • Working closely with our hotels. Classic knows each hotel "inside and out".

FOR OUR HOTELS:

Classic offers an inexpensive way of promoting privately owned hotels to the short break, Travel Trade and Business Travel market. This is achieved by:

  • Marketing participating hotels as a consortium, giving customers a wide range of product throughout the UK
  • Inspecting hotels to ensure that there is a common aim of providing a consistent level of quality within each hotels star category
  • Competitive analysis - publishing good value prices with special emphasis on the low season.
  • Increase hotels occupancies by driving traffic into periods when hotels are quiet
  • Creation of a Central Reservation Centre for the benefit of all hotel members
