I have just come back from a midweek break in Fort William staying at the Alexandra hotel. It was fantatstic - the food, service and staff made the stay most enjoyable and would certainaly come back to stay.The refurbished bedrooms were excellent and worth the upgrade.

I booked through yourselves after being recommended the Buchanan Arms Hotel in Drymen. It was a late booking and a surprise for my husband's birthday. I just want to express my sincere thanks for such a quick reply to my booking enquiry and what a fantastic time we had. We could not fault anything at the hotel, the staff, food, cleanliness, service, leisure facilities were excellent and definetly value for money. I have recommended this to family and friends and will defintely be booking in again at least once this year. The fact that it is a child friendly hotel just put the icing on the cake. Once again, many, many thanks.

The dinner was very good and the hotel worked out perfectly infact we ended up adding a couple of rooms it really did turn into a family reunion as well as a birthday.The hotel staff were more than gracious in every way

Stayed at the Palace MIlton Hotel in Inverness for 2 nights 4th , 5th November. Had a great stay rooms loveley as was the pool. Great food, friendly staff. Was on a girls shopping weekend usually go to Glasgow but we will are already planning to go back to this hotel next year.

thank you for a wonderfull stay at the ALEXANDER hotel ft. william.due to bad weather the hotelbasement was flooded during our stay causing a power cut to the whole hotel.but regardless the staff coped extreamely well and continued to give us a wonderfull stay

The website was easy to use however when booking in conjunction with special offers shown in Classic Britain literature it becomes somewhat confusing, as all charges are shown at full price and then confirmed back later by email when you include your requirements in the comments box. I've used Classic Britain before and found the service good and the hotel of high standard, so I know that our forthcoming break in the Queen's Hotel in Perth will be very satisfactory.
